Who is KTN Rwanda ?

KTN Rwanda Ltd is a legally registered limited liability company. The company was created by Mr. HAGENIMANA Philemon, in 2011, according to the art.23 of the Law No 007/2021 of 05/02/2021 governing companies, to provide all services related to real estate, property management, property deeds, emphyteutic lease contract, certificate of registration, and construction permits.

What does KTN Rwanda do ?

In order to prioritize the provision of comprehensive real estate solutions that meet the needs of clients, KTN Rwanda Ltd put more focus in identifying and buying land for development. Whereby, we then subdivide it in parcels/plots, and put in place all basic infrastructures such roads, water, electricity and internet. And then we sell them together with construction permits and titles.

What are the main aspects of your plots ?

We develop plots which can be used for commercial, residential, and recreation purposes. All plots have access to roads, water, electricity, and internet. The buyer gets his/her plots together with the construction permit and ownership title
The buyer can buy one or more plots. There is no limit as to the number of parcels to buy

What is the size of your plots/parcels ?

The size of our plots varies according to the project. Basically, the minimum size is 15*20 which means 300 Square meters.

Why should I deal with only KTN Rwanda ?

KTN Rwanda is currently the only provider of this particular project of parcels development. Is there any timeline for starting the construction works of my plot ?

There is no timeline given to buyers to start the construction works. In case the construction permit expires, we can request for extension of the validity period. The application process is quick and easy

How long does it take for the buyer to get the construction permit ?

Once the buyer has paid the agreed price with KTN Rwanda, He/she immediately becomes the owner of the plot/parcel through the notarized buyer-seller agreement. KTN Rwanda will then after, start processing the application of your construction permit and other titles, a process which will take maximum 30 days

What are the payment terms offered by KTN Rwanda ?

Buyers are given a flexible payment schedule based on the negotiations. And obviously, buyers of many plots are given a discounted rate.
Based on KTN Rwanda-Bank of Kigali partnership, clients of BK (Bank of Kigali) are given special treatment, as they can easily and quickly get BK loans for buying our plots.
