The company was created by Mr. HAGENIMANA Philemon, in 2011, according to the art.23 of the Law No 007/2021 of 05/02/2021 governing companies, to provide all services related to real estate, property management, property deeds, emphyteutic lease contract, certificate of registration, and construction permits.
